THE PROPERTY
The apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Paris or a single person working in the South of Paris.

LOCATION
The Rue Daveau is a quiet and residential street. There's a supermarket on the ground floor of the building but also many small shopping places and cafes around the corner.
You will find next to the apartment several streets offering all kind of services: General Leclerc Avenue, the famous rue Daguerre, Denfert Rocherau... Great places to hang out day & night.
For your jogging and to relax, go straight to the Montsouris Park. One of the green areas of Paris.
A block away from the apartment, there's a railway track (the RER train), which is really not a noise concern, even more with double-glazed windows... but do not hesitate to ask the owners opinion if you are very sensible to noise.

My wife and I stayed here in July 2012 and we loved it. The apartment is very well equiped with everything one could want.
The nieghborhood is really nice. There is a grocery store on the first floor and there are many nice cafes, restaraunts and bakeries nearby.
There is a metro station about a block away that will take you anywhere you need to go in Paris.
Yves and Monique are wonderfull and helped make Paris easy to navigate. We will definately stay here the next time we are in Paris.

I stayed at the Rue Dareau apartment from June 1st to June 5th 2012.
I enjoyed my stay there and had a wonderful time in Paris.
Yves the owner came to collect me from Porte Maillot where the airport shuttle left us. This was a great help as my flight got in late and I was not well acquainted with Paris.
Yves and Monique went out fo their way to help me settle in and show me how everything worked.
The apartment was very well equipped and I arrived to find a gift waiting for me - a bottle of wine and some lovely roses!
The apartment is located in the 14th arrondissment and is well connected by Metro to central Paris.
On the whole the apt was quiet and relaxing though the railway line passes close.
I had a fantastic time in Paris people were very helpful and most spoke English.
I was quite happy with the Rue Dareau apartment and found it to be just as it was presented on the website.
