Paris Apartment Rental Eiffel Tower Grenelle

Nicolas is to be congratulated on the attention to detail in this apartment. We arrived in Paris after travelling for 6 weeks and to be able to walk out of the metro and see the door to the apartment building right across the round was one of the best sights of our trip. A fabulous fresh food market was just down the road and to be so close to the RER and metro and be able to walk everywhere makes this a great located apartment. For the Aussies the Australian Embassy is just around the corner on the way to the Eiffel Tower! On Nicolas's great advice we left it to last and went at sunset (full moon was a bonus) so we could then identify all the top 10 sights of Paris form the sommet (top).

We spend six days in this apartment while return from Switzerland in july 2010.
Excellent location. A very short walk to Eiffel tower, train station, and local market. One bedroom unit with kitchenette was compact for an apartment, but larger than any ordinary hotel room. Every thing was clean and beautiful with such a homey and welcoming touch. We were able to prepare our own meals.
Mr. Nicolas was so friendly and very helpful, he was happy to assist with planning our local trips in Paris.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need. We were very impressed that small details such as sugar, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent were provided. The apartment is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a step away from the metro. There is a little supermarket downstairs where you can do your grocery shopping. I would most definitely go back there when vacationing with my family in Paris.

this made for a most pleasant stay in paris. the apartment was super clean, all of the amenities needed were provided. communication with the owner is outstanding. although the station is across the street, you cannot hear the trains. the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. my 11-year old and i walked to the eiffel tower and eateries after 10pm and felt perfectly safe.

for our next visit, we pray the apartment is available.

The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was very clean and had more amenities than a standard 3 star hotel. Being centrally located (10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower), and just outside the Bir-Hakeim station meant that attractions could be easily accessed from the apartment. Nicolas was very friendly and helpful as well. He went out of his way to help us get settled in so that we could enjoy our stay in Paris as much as we could. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Highly Recommended!

This is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities that you would ever need. It is directly across from a metro stop which is extremely convenient and a short walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and a bakery. It is very private and quiet.

My husband and our 3-year old stayed in this apartment for a week in mid April. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back. The apartment is just blocks away from Eiffel tower (you can actually see it from one of the windows), however the neighborhood is very residential, not touristy. There are several very nice playgrounds close by and Paris aquarium (about 5 min walk) - which I guess is important for families with children.

The place itself is small, but cozy, quite and has everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, with two major subway stations (one is right in front of the building). The owner, Nicolas, was very nice and quick responding to any of our questions/problems, which was nice, we felt somewhat reassured that if something unpredictable happens (like volcanic eruption) there is a person who can help.

This was our first experience renting an apartment rather than staying in a hotel, but we're really glad we stayed here. Gives you a totally different feeling than staying in a hotel.
