The Big Plus: Location at the border of the 5th district. Easy access to all major site... walking ! Very affordable rate for that area of Paris... and you can book for 3, 5, 7 or more nights.
THE PROPERTY
This apartment, located at the limit of the 5th and the 13th arrondissement, is situated on the main floor of a building and offers an open air private patio (courtyard), with plants.
The neighborhood is very quiet - residential and secure.
The metro station "Les Gobelins" line 7 is only a block away from the apartment. The apartment is a short walk to the famous Mouffetard Market & Village (open air market), the Sorbonne, the Pantheon, the Museum of Natural History.
LOCATION
Close to the apartment is the known establishment La Manufacture des Gobelins, a tapestry factory dating back to 1440 founded by the Gobelins brothers, whose work originally was for the Palace of Versailles. Near by is the Place d'Italie, popular for their Chinatown district. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
The closest metro station is Les Gobelins- line 7.

We have had a marvelous time here, and this this flat has proved to be due perfect launching pad for trekking across Paris. The neighborhood is lovely , it is so much more interesting to live in the heart of Parisian neighborhood. The people are all incredibly sweet and friendly , we have had only good experiences. Not one of us wants to go home , for in fact we feel more at home were than in the US !This is our second trip to Paris , and we will be back , there is still more to see ! Just one question : can we borrow the flat again ?

Hello from Ireland!
Many Thanks for such a wonderful apartment. The location was amazing - loved the cafes and bakerys on offer. The metro was, as advised 2 minutes walk from the apartment and this was one of the best lines for us, as it had everything we wanted and so we never had to get more than 2 trains to any stop.

Just a short note to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in Paris and were pleased with the apartment at Rue de la Reine Blanche. We were pleasantly surprised with the neighbourhood, especially the supermarket that is just around the corner, and the coffee shop just steps away. The price was right and the accommodations were clean and although small, the apartment had everything we needed for cooking and resting up. I am sure we saved 100 euros if not more over the 4 days with breakfasts and a few home cooked meals. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and 100% in order. The The Metro, as indicated, is 2 minutes away. Another nice feature was the apartment is on the ground floor, which made for easy in-out access and hauling luggage around much easier. In all, we would definitely stay there again and we would recommend a stay there to our friends.

We had a wonderful Christmas in Paris and the apartment was the best that we have stayed in. All the little extras like the internet, the dishwasher and the delightful dining space were great - and it was still in an area of Paris that we have stayed at every year for the past 14 years!
