Appartement situé à 1 minute à pied du marché de la rue piétonne de Montorgueil – Une des rues les plus recherchées et tendance de la capitale. Très proche également du quartier Opéra & des Grand Boulevards... Un quartier à la fois central, calme et sécurisé.
EMPLACEMENT
Montorgueil est un marché historique de Paris – un des rares à avoir su conserver toute son âme des années 1800. Aujourd’hui la Rue de Montorgueil est devenue la Rue de Gourmets. Dans l’édition 2006 de Frommer's, la Rue Montorgueil était plus beau marché de Paris. Peu connu des touristes, le quartier de Montorgueil est un des coins préférés des Parisiens pour sortir dîner et manger en terrasse. La rue étant piétonne, on peut ainsi librement et calmement profiter des nombreuses douceurs proposées par les commerçants de la rue.
Au-delà du marché, Montorgueil est également très pratique pour se rendre à pied dans les autres quartiers de la capitale : un emplacement très central et très bien desservi par le Métro et Bus.

My wife and two teenage daughters stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving 2009 and had a wonderful time. The apartment is neat and well maintained. It is very quiet and faces a courtyard with good light although no view to speak of. The location is splendid. It's safe, reasonably well lighted and off the main streets, but close to Metro stops, groceries, and the Montorgueil which has everything a tourist could ask for. The owner was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and lived up to the deal 100 percent. I'd rent this place again. I've been to Paris five times now, so I may very well do just that.

Now that I am settled back here in New York, I just wanted to thank you for renting us your lovely apartment. We really enjoyed it, and felt quite at home there. The set-up was ideal for our family, and the location was great! Nice and quiet for sleeping, but plenty to do locally, and easy access to everything both on foot and by Metro. It was really wonderful.
Thank you again. I will certainly recommend your apartments to any friends who go to Paris, and I'd be happy to rent from you again--hopefully in the not-too-distant future!

Dear Thierry and Syvie,
We've just arrived back home to Cambridge and I just wanted to send
you an email to thank you for letting us stay in your lovely
apartment. It was perfect for us and our four-year-old twins - they
loved the very high bunk beds and the enormous shower.
The location of the apartment was perfect and it was good to stay in
an area that was not full of other English tourists. We hardly heard
any English at all!
We're going to miss waking up in Paris tomorrow morning.

Le appartement est trés bon et je farai beaucoup marketing e divulgation au Brésil. Je pense que vous terons beaucoup de brésilien iron utilizer votre appartements.
J?ai avait um petit problem jusque quand je suis arrivé a Paris, parce que j?ai sortie de Metro Sentier et le police m?ai indiqué pour aller à Boulevard Poissonniere et non à Rue Poissonniere. C?est logique que le code n?est marchée pas à la porte nemero 10 de le Boulevard Poissoniere. Mais une personne que habite lá, m?avait donné les indications pour aller à la place correct.
Si vous voulex quelque chose du Brésil, ma demandé.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Paris in the fall, and the apartment on Rue Poissonniere really helped. Central location, walking distance to many sites on the right bank, and a minute away from the wonderful Montorgueil market. The apartment was bright, clean and in a quiet building, and Thierry was helpful and prompt with any inquiries, both before and during our trip. We would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Paris from Canada.

It contained all we needed and it was very clean. The beds were lovely we slept very good. The neigbourhood is lovely and the appart is situated just perfectly. We will gladly rent it again.
