Great neighborhood, all kinds of restaurants, shops and street markets. This cobbled-stone and pedestrian street offers during the sunny days live music-accordion notably, and a relaxed atmosphere. The market is there every day. This is hemingway's favourite neighborhood in Paris. Situated in the heart of Latin Quarter of the left bank of Paris. In the very heart of cultural and artistic Paris, the apartment is near to many famous places like the Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne University, the Island de la Cite, Cluny Museum and the Jardin du Luxembourg... and many more. Subway stations "Place Monge" or "Censier Daubenton" (3 minutes walk), will take you anywhere in Paris.
I would have like to have sent you this email earlier but I was suffering from jet lag....my flight home was not very good. I did want to let you know that you have a wonderful place in Paris! It is incredibly comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. The beds were wonderful and nobody complained of any back pain. I also want to say that you have one of the largest bathrooms in all of Paris! I was in Paris for 2 weeks and the first week I spent in a hotel, which was very nice also...but there was no comparison....your apartment was much more comfortable....and WHEN I come back to Paris I will definitely stay at your place again. Sorry this took so long to comment on! We stayed here in June, and was very pleasantly surprised by the appartment, having stayed in some horrendous hotels in paris for twice the price. The beds were great, plenty of room, and the bathroom excellent. The kitchen was fantastic and we saved alot of money cooking, only needs an electric kettle :) Would definitely stay here again if in paris. oh forgot to mention very close to the metro and lovely shops close by.

I must say that our visit in Paris the 12-17 th of April was wounderful. Your appartment was very charming and really made our stay special. It contained all we needed and it was very clean. The apartment was what we expected, just like the pictures and the highlight was that it was a short walk from the Rue Mouffetard markets, which was divine! The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for us. I would highly recommend it!

from Nomi Pearce Got back yesterday, and I have to say a big THANKS !!! The whole vacation was wonderful, and the apartment played a major role in this. It was better than we were expecting; even the furniture: the chairs and table were different --better-- than the ones in the photos. For two weeks we roamed all over Paris: our daughter loved it, and even my wife and I discovered new places that delighted us. And the freedom and convenience that was provided by the apartment made it all so much easier. Only minor detail was that we couldn't get the cable TV to work; it only showed the first two channels, while all the others showed a message as "not available." However, we are a (atypical) family which does not use the TV very much, so this was not a problem for us. Just letting you know... On the other hand, the computer and the internet connection were invaluable! Feel free to use my name for any reference that might be needed for future prospect tenants -- just tell them to mail me. If you ever come to Greece, please let us know! Again, un tres grand merci pour tout!

We are back from our amazing stay over the Christmas/New Year 2007 holiday. The rue Broca apartment was everything and more than we could expect or ever desire. Thierry was terrific to deal with, everything was easy and well-planned out. The apartment is located centrally, very quiet, private, safe street and minutes from the food markets. Great ambiance and a chance to sample delicacies. Very close to a great metro. Yet it provides a nice getaway from doing all the crowded, touristy things during the day. Great shower, large bathroom, lots of space, great beds, nothing was lacking. We would never stay in a hotel again. This is a true way to experience your stay and to get so much more out of it. 9 trips to Paris and this was our best. THANK YOU, Thierry and Sophie. Our trip was magical. we're now home in Australia but I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in your wonderful appartment at Rue Broca last week. The appartment was very well presented, neat and quite spacious - very charming. The internet setup was a pleasant surprise too.
Having never been to Paris before we did not know quite what to expect. Your description was very accurate and the location of this appartment was excellent. I particularly loved Rue Mouffetard, and could happily have skipped visiting the Louvre to explore this area more and spend more time in the cafes!
We would definitely recommend your places to any of my friends who are considering visiting.
