It is also a short and easy walk to the Seine River, the Ile-de-la-Cite with the Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Ile-Saint-Louis with its typical streets, boutiques and restaurants.
The apartment is also very close to the major cultural and touristic points of interests such as the Louvre Museum,the Picasso Museum, the Latin Quarter, etc.
It is ideally located for a quick and efficient access to public transportation. The access to the courtyard is secured by a digital access system, and the apartment has a security door.
The apartment has authentic and original wooden floors and apparent beams.
It is perfect for a couple, but it has an additional convertible sofa-bed in the living-room for one or two guests.
When you enter the apartment, you will have a great view from the entrance area to the main room. The dining section has been designed to comfortably host 4 people. It does also include the stereo sound system, the phone/answering/fax machine, and the cable TV.

The living-room area includes the convertible sofa-bed (140 cm) and has a nice warm touch with authentic wooden and leather furniture.

The kitchen is next to the dining area, in a separate section. It has all the amenities of a modern and convenient home: dishwasher, electric oven with four induction plates (vitro-ceramic), washer-dryer, 2-door refrigerator with freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen also has all the dishes and usual small appliances: coffee-maker, toaster, electric water boiler, etc.

The bathroom is modern and tiled, with a bathtub and power shower. It has its own waterboiler, and also includes a very convenient electric towel-heater.

The bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment. It features a queen-sized bed (140 cm), and has ample closet room.
