This is just a quick note to express how much we enjoyed our stay in your apartment in Rue Chappe. We loved every detail of your apartment, the situation at the bohemian MontMartre, the views of Sacre Coeur from the window, the calm of the street, the exquisite decoration, your kind help and your complete instructions to find everything we need in Paris... etc, etc. We loved the experience and just wanted to say Thanks / GRACIAS Sophie, the best of luck in your life and business !
Kind regards from Lugo , Galicia, Spain
Anna / Celsa / Mercedes Dear Sophie,
Thank you a thousand times over for renting us your marvellous apartment. Our visit to France was satisfying from all points of view - the apartment, getting to know you, visiting Paris in general and discovering Montmartre in particular, and that delicious French bread that is so hard to find in the U.S. I would recommend to anyone planning a visit to Paris to contact you about renting your apartment because it is clean, convenient, and homey as well as well-situated, and also because it was a pleasure meeting you.
Best to you

Amicalement,

We were very pleased with the Rue Chappe Apartment. The website description of the apartment was very accurate. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and charming. You were particularly helpful to us, providing plenty of information about the immediate area as well as tips on navigating around Paris. The "apartment experience" was far superior to staying in a hotel.
Thank you again, Sophie, for helping to make our French experience a marvellous one! Attached is our picture with you. See if it will open for you.
Best regards,
Ann, Wayne and Barbara, Kansas. USA Dear Sophie, We had a marvelous time ! As you said, the weather was dreadful but it did not stop us from getting out every day to see the sights of Paris. I know we only scratched the surface of things to visit, it has left both of us with desire to come again. Being able to stay in your apartment made our experience all that richer. It was so nice to have all the space to come back to at the end of our day. I don’t know why anyone would even consider staying in a cramped hotel room. Thank you again for helping to make my first trip to Paris a time I will never forget.

Dear Sophie, Thank you so much for renting us your apartment. Everything, but the weather was wonderful. All the stairs did take some getting used to. I hope we left your apartment in good shape. It was very cosy. We got around on the metro great. It is very easy. We saw almost everything, but I am going to have to come back some spring to see more. THANK YOU AGAIN. Caryn P.S you are welcome at my place any time !

Dear Sophie We loved staying in your apartment in Monmartre. It was a perfect spot for my husband and I and our friend. The double bed in one bedroom and the single bed in another bedroom - with a toilet- worked out great. The layout of the apartment allowed privacy with the bedrooms away from each other, with the hall, kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room in between. The location of the Metro stops (Abbesses and Pigalle) and the bus stops were very safe and easily accessible from your apartment. We found it easy to get from Monmartre to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Versailles, the Musee D'Orsay, the Arc de Triumphe, etc. One plus about the Monmartre location is the visibility of the Sacre Couer. We always knew which way we were heading home! It was far better than staying in a hotel - we had so much more room. Having a kitchen helped keep the food costs down. We tended to buy very good prepared food from local shops in Monmartre, such as chicken and salads for our dinner and eggs and toast for breakfast. We ate lunch out. Your information and suggestions were very helpful and your graciousness appreciated. When I return to Paris, I will rent your apartment again. Thanks! Pat
