LA PROPRIETE
Annie, la propriétaire, vous réservera son meilleur accueil. Elle a personnellement décoré son duplex avec des meubles d’époque, œuvres de famille, et instruments de musique. Le résultat est magnifique.
Jetez un oeil aux escaliers menant au 1er étage, elle les a déniché sur un marché d’antiquités. A rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez le grand salon, la cuisine mais aussi la patio privative.
Au 1er étage, la chambre principale, la 2nde chambre et la salle de bains.
RESTRICTIONS: Le plafond du 1er étage est bas : 1.80 mètre. Si vous être grand, faîtes attention à la tête ! Les Animaux ne sont pas autorisés.
EMPLACEMENT
Quartier résidentiel: Assez Chic – avec beaucoup de restaurants, boutiques, cafés.
Les choses à découvrir à proximité: L’Opéra Garnier, le Bd Haussmann et ses multiples grands magasins dont les Galeries Lafayette ou le Printemps, les Champs-élysées, Montmartre et son Sacré Cœur et sa place du Tertre, le Moulin Rouge, le Parc Monceau, et bien entendu la marché de la rue de Levis – ouvert tous les jours et qui vous offrira tous les produits frais dont vous avez besoin.
Les stations de métro les plus proches: "Rome" (3 mn - ligne 2) & "Villiers" (6 mn - ligne 3). Egalement de nombreuses lignes de Bus à votre service. Accès direct à l’aéroport de Roissy Charles de Gaulle par le Roissy Bus à Opéra.
La Gare SNCF St Lazare vous conduira également directement à Versailles.

Je vous remercie encore, nous sommes bien rentrés, un peu tristes de ne plus avoir à portée de main toutes les richesses et beautés de Paris, y compris la rue piétonnière avec ses merveilleux petits magasins qui sont de véritables cavernes d'Alibaba, pleines de trésors.
Je dois reconnaître que votre accueil et le nid douillet que vous nous avez mis à disposition y a également contribué pour beaucoup.
Même les Garçons qui sont moins sensibles à ce genre d'attraits les ont néanmoins bien appréciés et je suis sûr qu'ils en conserverons un bon souvenir pour longtemps.
Mais nous avons retrouvé notre région et comme vous le soleil et un ciel bleu.
Je suis à Paris la semaine prochaine et si mon agenda n'est pas trop chargé je me permettrais de vous appeler et viendrais vous dire un petit bonjour.

Un séjour très agréable qui nous a permi de découvrir la vie parisienne sous de multiples facettes dans un quartier très vivant.
On se sent très vite chez soi et on oublie aussi très vite les séjours impersonnels des hôtels.

Dear Annie, As this was my first trip to Paris, I was quite nervous about being in charge of accomodations for our 50th Birthday celebration. One of my friends suggested renting an apartment for our stay in Paris - something she and her husband had done on a previous visit. Having stumbled upon your lovely apartment by searching the web, I was not really too sure what to expect. Would the area be good or bad? Would the apartment look as nice in person as it did online? Would it be the same apartment...or were those false pictures? Would the apartment even be there or would we find ourselves wandering the streets of Paris in search of lodging? Well, all of that worry was, of course, for nothing! You were a wonderful and welcoming host, and the apartment was perfect for us; clean and cozy with all of the comforts of home! We loved the neighborhood - safe, and so convenient for shopping on the Rue de Levis and our frequent jaunts via the Rome Metro. We really felt as though we were a part of the wonderful fabric of Paris. I would highly recommend renting your apartment to anyone who would like to truly experience your city of lights. The location is very central and the area is interesting to explore, from the lovely park Monceau to the little stalls on rue Levis for food shopping. Your maps and guides were very useful to us.
