Au cœur de Paris et sur une île, le quartier de Saint-Louis est considéré comme le coin le plus romantique de la ville. Il faut dire que le quartier est calme, avec très peu de circulation ce qui favorise les déplacements en bicyclette Les stations de métro les plus proches de l’appartement, sont Saint-Paul, Cité ou encore Pont Marie (moins de 10 minutes). Giancarlo is a friendly, attentive and welcoming host. He goes 'above & beyond' in providing assistance. This apartment is lovely, safe, secure, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. As a woman travelling alone, on my first trip to Europe, I felt very comfortable and contented, and found easy access to everything I needed during my stay in Paris. Your concern and warm attention to our wellbeing is
something we will never forget. As you know, we have traveled and enjoyed Paris over 20 times as ardent tourists during the past 25 years. In all that time no fine Parisian hotels or rental apartment managers has paid such caring attention as you have shown to our comfort and needs.
This two week visit to Paris was special because of your attentive warmth plus the eycatching surroundings of the Ile St-Louis and the River Seine to enjoy each time we went outside. Add to that the
elegance of your newly refurbished and outfitted apartment along with comfortable furnishings. You made the three of us, my wife,my 16 yr. old grandaughter and me feel like extra special guests.
Your special doctoral care and help with my need to
carefully attend to my medical condition was a miracle for me. I cannot compensate you enough for your sacrifice of time. Relinquishing your own rest and adding to that the letter you developed to help me on the plane..... I cannot help thinking of you as a special saint. You are certainly a special person who had entered our lives and helped us while we were in need.
Giancarlo, please make it a point, the next time you are the States.....stop in to see and stay with us in our home. Be sure to
call us at least and if possible we could meet you somewhere here in Florida. We will be in New York city the first week in December!

You have the perfect location. Your apartment was so comfortable. I would love to come back with my daughter. She enjoyed Paris, but I think she would love your apartment and location! It was perfect.
I hope you got to go skiing this week-end. I am up late here in the U.S> because I am still on Paris time. I have alot to do and errands to run, but will be caught up soon.
It was a pleasure to meet you and I hope to be back someday soon. I would like to spend 2 weeks and try a little of Italy also.

Giancarlo was the perfect host - he made myself, my wife, and our infant daugther all welcome in his lovely apartment. I highly recommend this apartment - for the gracious host, the perfect location, and beautiful building. We look forward to our next trip.
