LOCATION: At the edge of the 7th arrondissement, on the Left Bank, this bright,
spacious apartment offers a unique view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room.
At night enjoy lovely panoramic views of Paris from the 12th floor -
the Eiffel Tower, Orsay, the Sacre-Coeur, Trocadero, Invalides or just bask in the sun on the charming terrace (377 sq.ft).
It is an upscale and residential area, very elegant and trendy, very close to Paris main tourist attractive points. The Hilton Hotel is the next building on the Avenue. The apartment has been fully redecorated (Deluxe Contemporary art style) and can accomodate up to 3 people very comfortably.
RATES: (the nightly rate displayed on top of page is the average rate for a 7 night-stay)
WEEK: 1650 euros / 7 nights (all included)
SHORTER STAYS: 280 euros / night (all included)
Restrictions: The only shower
available in this apartment is the one in the Jacuzzi (in the living room). A folding screen can be provided.
We stayed about three years ago but the memories are still fresh. We had the most amazing time and this wonderful apartment and charming hostess will always hold a special place in our hearts. We hope to return one day soon and we hope you will still be there.

The location is great - just walking distance to stores, metro and Eiffel Tower. Maid service really spoiled us.
The decor is contemporary and the facilities very modern. To wake up to Eiffel Tower every morning really made us feel more in Paris.
Now we have a house in Paris !

Viewing Le Tour Eiffel 24/7 from Francoise's loft balcony, and its 180 deg. view of the rest of Paris, is priceless! Add to that the ever-so accommodating, gracious (and not to mention hip) owner, Francoise, making sure that your Paris sojourn lived up to your expectations. - Rico&Ann (Philippines)
My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for our honeymoon. Neither of us had been to Paris, and this was the perfect place to begin. The view alone made the trip surreal, and you really get a sense of the landscape watching the moon rise over the Seine.
A little far from some parts of the city, but well worth it. We loved it, loved it, loved it.
Great for honeymoons and/or first trips. We'd definitely stay again.
Hint: Walk out to Champs de Mars at night with a blanket and bottle of wine. You'll be surprised how many Parisian friends you can make.
The owner was very accommodating. She even brought us chocolate brownies.
Great little cafes all around. Pristine vacationing for the romantic, the party-goer, the tourist, the writer, etc. (I say this as we tried to be all of these.)
