En el borde del distrito 7, en la margen izquierda, este luminoso
y espacioso apartamento ofrece unas vistas únicas de la Torre Eiffel
desde el salón.
Por la noche disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas de París desde
el piso 12 - la Torre Eiffel, Orsay, el Sacre-Coeur, Trocadero,
Inválidos o simplemente tomar el sol en la terraza encantadora (377
pies cuadrados). Es una zona elegante y residencial, muy elegante y de
moda, muy cerca de los puntos principales atractivos turísticos de
París. El Hotel Hilton es el edificio de al lado de la Avenida.
El apartamento ha sido completamente redecorado (Deluxe estilo
de arte contemporáneo) y puede alojar hasta 3 personas muy cómodamente.

We stayed in this apartment in July of 2007.
We loved it. The view is awe inspiring. Morning, noon, and night you have the best view of the Tower and all of Paris. You might not feel you have to visit the Eiffel Tower, you can almost touch it. You are right by the end of several bus stops.
If you need anything from the grocery, it is literally next door.
Also a fine bakery next to that. Our hostess is not only gracious , but accomodating and will make you feel at home.
You might say "well if you liked it so much, why not go back" . Well, we will 2008 in December.We can hardly wait to return.

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for our honeymoon. Neither of us had been to Paris, and this was the perfect place to begin. The view alone made the trip surreal, and you really get a sense of the landscape watching the moon rise over the Seine.
A little far from some parts of the city, but well worth it. We loved it, loved it, loved it.
Great for honeymoons and/or first trips. We'd definitely stay again.
Hint: Walk out to Champs de Mars at night with a blanket and bottle of wine. You'll be surprised how many Parisian friends you can make.
The owner was very accommodating. She even brought us chocolate brownies.
Great little cafes all around. Pristine vacationing for the romantic, the party-goer, the tourist, the writer, etc. (I say this as we tried to be all of these.)

Viewing Le Tour Eiffel 24/7 from Francoise's loft balcony, and its 180 deg. view of the rest of Paris, is priceless! Thank you very much for making our Paris experience unforgettable. Our flat was comfortable, and clean. The view is just spectacular !
We appreciate the snacks and drinks left by our host, it really helped us first few days when struggling jet lag.
The location is great - just walking distance to stores, metro and Eiffel Tower. Maid service really spoiled us.
The decor is contemporary and the facilities very modern. To wake up to Eiffel Tower every morning really made us feel more in Paris.
Now we have a house in Paris !

Our visit was wonderful. The apartment and location were fantasitc. We loved the spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt right at home.
