Great Accommodation for seniors: The station is newly renovated, equipped with escalators and each line is provided with elevator. Even though Paris subway is well spread all over the city, but more metro stops need to improve their adequate accessibility since these stations were built in early years.
The building has a fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, oven, refrigerator, etc.
And to make your stay more convenient there's a supermarket only 100 feet (30 meters) away from the building.

We spent a wonderful 3 nights in early August at the apartment. Nicolas was a great host, fun, informative and honest, (my husband left his wallet -sans id and passport, but full of other cards- at the apartment, when we arrived home, it was there waiting for us, shipped by Nicolas). Our two teenagers enjoyed the close proximity of the place to tourist attractions, especially the Eiffel Tour and subway. We also liked the fact that it was very near to a grocery store and the Sunday Farmers' Market. Another couple that was traveling with us, rented his lower floor apartment, which was perfect, as it kept us all close, but gave them privacy also. Thanks again, Nicolas

We stayed at this apartment for a week in August 2010. It was exactly as advertised - fantastic location and very modern and clean. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicolas, who is very responsive and available to help out with any questions, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
We are a couple who, together with our 20-month old son, stayed for 12 wonderful nights at this clean, modern and attractive one-bedroom apartment from May 14 to 26, 2010. We were very satisfied with the apartment and with all of the amenities that Nicolas, the helpful owner, supplied. There was enough space for all of us and our belongings, and we were close to everything we needed: shops, transportation, major attractions, etc. Nicolas also provided a fold-up crib.
We really love Paris, and Nicolas' apartment on Boulevard de Grenelle made it even easier for us to enjoy our time there.

My wife and I stayed in this apartament one week of April 2010 to celebrate our honeymoon. The flat was perfect - excactly as shown on pictures. It is clean and well eqiupted. The location is very convinient - the metro station is nearby.
Nicolas was very helpful and gave us much useful information about Paris etc.

My husband and I stayed in this rental the first two weeks of April 2010 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paris, and this was the perfect apartment -exactly what we had hoped. It is conveniently located and spacious. We were able to save some euros by shopping at the nearby market and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Nicolas was so pleasant and helpful. He is a genuinely nice person who does everything he can to make his renters comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and, in fact, would love to return.

It was a wonderful place to stay with easy access to the Metro, a grocery store, bakery, cafes, etc. The apartment was spacious for four people, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Nicolas is a very nice, friendly person, easy to get in touch and very accommodating. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment the week of March 15-March 22, 2010. The location is perfect: a five minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with a Metro stop directly across the street.
The apartment is comfortable for four people, with a full kitchen and bathroom. We were able to cook, do laundry and access the Internet whenever we needed. Nicholas and Mathieu were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment made for a great stay in Paris!

My husband and I spent the week of October 25 – 31, 2009 in this wonderful apartment. The location is great with a metro stop in front of the building as well as an RER stop around the corner. We were easily able to stop back “home” after a day of exploring to rest up before going out for the night.
The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and access to the internet was a wonderful added benefit. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafes, grocers, and shops. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night.
Nicolas is very friendly and extremely flexible. He's easy to reach if you have questions and will offer suggestions if you need them. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Paris.

This lovely appartment is very well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. It is excellent value-for-money.
Having the facility to use a fully functioning hi-fi and TV and video was an added benefit but having wi-fi and a laptop was the real surprise! (It helped us plan our night out clubbing!)
Nicolas was very friendly, helpful and flexible, always eager to help. I will be recommending this apprtment to my friends and hope to stay there again.

Nous, Famille Licoine, avons loué l'appartement Grenelle pendant une petite semaine à Paris, pendant le mois d'Août 09. C'est un appartement très bien situé, proche de certains monuments "phares" de la capitale, avec des commerces et des restaurants autour. Si la ligne de métro arrive juste en face, pas de panique, l'isolation est très efficace, une fois les fenêtres refermées, l'appartement retrouve tout son calme. Il est par ailleurs fort bien équipé en appareils ménagers de qualité, et il en est de même pour l'ameublement et la literie.
Alors maintenant il nous faut dire un petit mot spécial concernant le propriétaire, un jeune homme accueillant et chaleureux, très disponible et dévoué à ses locataires.
Tout cet ensemble a bénéficier à nous faire passer un excellent séjour dans la capitale, et compte tenu de sa proximité, nous avons pu retourner voir "la belle dame de fer" chaque soir!
n'hésitez pas, retenez cette adresse et bon séjour à votre tour!

Four of us have spend 6 days in the apartment the location is great you have a small supermarket, bakery etc... very near by, if you need the metro the station is just in front of the building and when you have a car it is generally easy to park.
The apartment is very well organized and nice. The owner knows how to please you and if you need anything he will respond very positively to your demand.
I really do recommend this place.

In May 2009, we spent a week in Paris, and we had a wonderful stay at this apartment.
Usually for the other apartments, the size of the apartment would appear larger than what is shown in the website, but with this apartment, the size is exactly like how it appears in the website. For an apartment situated at the center of the attractions, we are very pleased with the size and the facility. It is very clean, the location is excellent.
Staying there made it very easy to get to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. For short stay, this is extremely important. We can even "drop by " the apartment for a short rest after the day trip before we head out again for the evening destination. we, meaning, me and my husband, my mother and my daughter. The moment we went into the building we were all fascinated by the elegant elevator and the stair way.
There are many locations around the building that we can find local food and grocery that are priced reasonably. There is a great local food market close by, we spent a very nice morning there exploring the local food culture. May is the season for strawberries. My husband went around the area and bought different kinds of strawberry to try.
The most of all, the owner of the apartment is very honest, friendly and helpful, and yet, he respects very much our privacy. If we go to Paris again, we won't hesitate to stay at his apartment again.

It is undoubtedly that staying at this apartment would be better than staying at any other hostel / hotel.
