I stayed at this apartment starting mid June, 2011 as I was attending a 5-week culinary course at Le Cordon Bleu. The main reason I picked this apartment is the school is literally two minute's walk from the apartment, and it turns out to be the best decision I've made, as it works really well with my school schedule, and all my classmates were envious how close I live from school :)
Because of the unusal long period of stay (the website stated 2 weeks maximum stay), I was originally worried that it's not available. However, Elisa was kind enough to accommodate my request, and she has been very helpful and patient with all the questions that I had during the booking process.
The apartment is very cozy and well equipped - all the kitchen utensils, washer, ironing board, steam iron, phone, TVs, computer, you name it. Although I was only there by myself, it is definitely large enough to accommodate 2 persons comfortably. The location is perfect - located in a quiet residential district, 1-min walk to the Vaugirard metro station, 2 grocery stores, starbucks, patisserie, a few bars and restaurants just around the corners.
I would definitely recommend Rue Maublanc for anyone - especially for any future student attending LCB.

We stayed at Rue Maublanc for 2 weeks at the beginning of October 2010. The process of booking with Elisa was very straightforward and she was very helpful.
We arrived later than planned owing to delays in our journey. Nicole was there to meet us and was absolutely charming. She was very proud of her flat and couldn't wait to show us round. When she realised we wanted to eat but it was getting very late, she promptly offered us a lift in her friend's car to some restaurants which she knew would be open. Very kind.
The area is great, right by the metro and a beautiful square. Local shops, bars, brasseries and cafes everywhere, it feels very friendly and is popular with families. And very easy to get to any of the tourist sites or shopping areas, should you be in Paris for a holiday.
We would certainly recommend Rue Maublanc.

This apartment is absolutely lovely as is Mme Maron herself! My sister and I spent the 2008 Christmas/New Year season here. It's just the right size: not too big but also not too small.
It is in the perfect location with everything convenient: Vaugirard metro just steps away from the front door, a wonderful supermarket at the top of the street, a very good patisserie on the corner at the opposite end of the street (it produces the best meringues in Paris; we did taste comparisons from all over!) and for Catholics, the parish church is literally just around the corner less than 5 minutes walk. This apartment is so convenient to things like the Sunday morning organic market on the Rue Raspail and a lovely eatery: Chez Luigi at 96 Boulevard de Grenelle 75015 (both just a few metro stops away from the flat).
The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all essentials; I was able to bake a cake the night before we left and shared a slice with Mme Maron the following morning when we were ready to vacate the flat. My sister and I highly recommend staying here and the next time we visit Paris, we will be looking to return to the flat.
A fantastic place to stay! The owner was extremely kind and patient with my poor French, but did not hesitate when we asked her about restaurant recommendations. On the day of our departure, she very kindly also offered that we could keep our luggage there until we caught our night train.
This is an actual residence, and so the kitchen came with more equipment than I had originally expected (and I cook/bake a lot!) The apartment itself is extremely comfortable with a livingroom, diningroom, and kitchen open to each other, and then a bedroom separate in the back. Literally a minute's walk from the Vaugirard subway station, and we enjoyed that there were at least three grocery stores along the same block.
May 2007 Our week in Paris was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Paris. We like the pleasant, friendly owner and the convenient location. We appreciated the use of her home and had access to everything we needed for comfortable living. We appreciated the fruit and candies that she left for us as well as the other items left for our use. It was especially convenient to have use of the computer with internet for planning the rest of our travels. It was nice to have a bathtub at the end of a busy day. With our thanks, Wilma and Ed We stayed in this apartment in May 2007 for five days. The location is excellent and convenient. The shops and Vaugirard metro station are next to the apartment. The owner is very helpful and the transactions went very smoothly without any hitch. Navin,USA We stayed in this apartment in September 2005. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and would stay again if we visited this area. It is a nice location, just a few steps from the Vaugirard metro station in the 15th (nowhere in paris is far from a metro station).
We walked to the end of the street and voila, there was a great view of the eiffel tower. We were out amongst the Parisians, not too many tourists around here, and lots of shopd, bars, restaurants, patisseries and fromageries.
The apartment was very well presented, clean and tidy. The owner is very pleasant, extremely accommodating, and is very french! Her lack of english is easily overcome as she will ring her daughter who translates if you need it. She greeted us on a hot day with a cook drink, most welcome!
There is everything you would need in the apartment, including some general food items such as coffee, tea, flour, condiments etc, cleaning products, shampoos, soap etc, no need to take much, and we replaced anything that we emptied. There are lots of books, cds, dvds, etc, albeit in french, but it was nice to listen to the music. It felt like we are guests in someones home. Thanks Nicole
