The apartment is very spacious. The living room, with a full-length French window, is bright and welcoming, thanks to soothing elegant colors. The room has a round dining table with comfortable and elegant contemporary armchairs, as well as a comfortable seating area with a large convertible sofa.
The bedroom welcomes a brand new stylish queen-sized double bed, with a nice thick mattress. There is also a writing table with reading lamps provide a warm ambiance. You will also find a large cupboard to store your personal belongings.

Having just finished a very nice week in Paris, I find it necessary to add that the apartment that a friend and myself rented was the perfect fit to our needs. The Monceau titled apt was clean and well enough equipped with everything that we needed and would want. Possible update would be to include a listing of where certain amenities are located ie.. Local grocery store, wine shop, local area restaurants. Located within a short walking distance to the champs de elysees however a little further out from the other neighborhoods. All in all a good place to stay if you prefer your own space rather than a tight hotel room for your money.

I rented this apt for 11 days in sept. Everything stated in the posting is true and accurate. The location is absolutely ideal. There is a wonderful boulangerie(Pain de Faubourg) at one half block. The Champs D'Elysee is one long block(rue Washington) The Parc Monceau is very close by. Go there at 3:30 pm to see the schoolchildren at play. Walk to the Seine(Ave Georges V). The telephone has unlimited free calling to the USA. The apt is very safe and secure. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Bed is comfortable. Apt is newly decorated in good taste. The owner, Joyce, was most helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed getting to know her a little bit. Everything was positive--no negatives. We had an amazing time and we are so delighted we rented this apartment. It was much more attractive than we expected and Joyce was very helpful. Caution if you are booking a short stay that doesn't appear on the calendar. First priority (without regard to deposit or contract signed) seems to be given for longer rentals. This apartment is great. I decided to rent it just by looking at this website, so I was a bit nervous about what it would "actually" turn out to be, but I was pleasantly surprised. I rented it with my daughters ages 10, 13 and 22 for a week and Joyce was very professional and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The apartment is close to Metro stations and the Champs-Elysees. One of the best things about it is that it is quiet at night. My daughter who is 22 had lived in Paris for 6 weeks, and she told me to specifically mention the quietness of the place. Diana and family from US My husband and I just had one of the most amazing vacation in Paris. And we owe so much of it to the incredible, charming apartment at rue de Monceau!!
Joyce was extremely receptive and accomodating to our last minute need for a romantic getaway.
Our last stay in Paris was in a very small hotel room on a noisy street in an overpriced hotel.
We love to walk in Paris, and this apartment couldn't be more central to everything!! You can't help but be in awe that you're staying just around the corner from Champs Elysees, Parc Monceau, Museums and shopping: Galeries Lafayette... The chance to stay in such a unique and truly Parisian apartment tops any 5-star hotel room.
I stayed at this flat for 5 weeks and it was the best experience I have ever had in Paris (been there 5 times). The landlord keeps the flat clean and attractive. It is walking distance to everywhere in Paris including metros and public buses. I was able to cook a meal for 4 in a well equipped kitchen . I've just rented it again
Your crazy to stay in a hotel for $200 a night when this flat is bigger and better for much less money. You will experience the real Paris.

We had all conveniences in the apartment and Joyce was very nice and always here when we needed something. The windows to the courtyard gave the apartment a very brightful and sunny touch. I spent 6 weeks in Paris this past summer, 7bis rue de Monceau was "my home" in this wonderful city. It was as promised : quiet, safe, close to all transportation, a nice walk to the local Monoprix and a wonderful base from which to explore.
