The heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pres is the living-fashion and artistic center of Paris. One of the most popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris.
Rue Princesse is a small street half way between two famous churches, St. Germain-des-Pres and St. Sulpice.
This is the heart of the Luxembourg quarter and St. Germain des Pres area.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques.
It is walking distance to the Seine, Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie.
The closest metro stations are St-Germain-des-Pres.
PAINTINGS & ARTS:
Nathalie Lemaitre (one of the owners) is a master in the art of collage. Each of her composition is the out-come of a long and enduring research in magazines, advertisings and printed texts.
The background of her painting is made of this juxtaposed materials once they are selected, sorted out, cut ou and put together. Once this mosaic work is finished, Nathalie paints hers figures in oils, playing with her favorite colours transparencies and contrasts.
Her portraits emerge from their "flamboyance" playing with shades and lights.

My wife and I stayed at this property in June of 2010 for 5 nights. It was a well maintained apartment that had all the necessities, but best thing about it was the location. Absoultely amazing location in St. Germain du Pres. Great bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping were all within a minute's walk of the apartment.
Like one of the other past guests, we did find that the neighbour was making lots of banging noises from time to time, but since we spent most of our time outside, exploring Paris, this really was not too much of a concern.
Although we did not get to meet Nathalie in person, she was very helpful and professional from our first engagement. We would definetely stay at this property again as the value for the location exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I stayed at Rue Princess in June of 2010. We were very pleased with the location of the vacation rental, and with Nathalie's kindness and welcoming. The apartment is small but old and with charm. The bathroom was also small but everything worked well and the shower was adequate. When we arrived, the neighbor next door was banging on our wall. We imagine they were fixing something over there, and it was quite annoying. We were jet-lagged and just wanted a nap and there was a loud banging on the wall. I know there was nothing Nathalie could do about this, it was just a difficult situation. The window opens up to a small courtyard which is less noisy than the street, but there was still loud talking and partying outside our window just about every night. There were good restaurants, bars, and bakeries within a short distance, and the metro is very close. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Rue Princess. -Kevin
Stayed here in October 2009. Great experience all around. The apartment is adorable, clean, and a decent size for a Paris studio; the owners were very accommodating and helpful. Great neighborhood -- there are several bars on the same block, so the street is quite busy at night, but the apartment faces an interior courtyard so there's no noise. Will definitely stay here again.
We stayed here from June 18 to 24, 2009. Though we didn't get to meet Nathalie, she was very helpful via email and everything went well from arriving to leaving. The place is perfect for 2 people and in a great neighbourhood if you want to be in the middle of the action. Thanks again for everything. our stay in paris was great.

Tive momentos maravilhosos em Paris. Esse studio está situado em uma área nobre da cidade, com ruas elegantes, fácil acesso a lojas, Marché, e aos principais pontos turísticos. Adoramos td e sempre nos lembramos com muito carinho, Nathalie e Jacques foram incríveis, mesmo não os conhecendo, fomos tratados com muita gentileza, e em nossa próxima estadia em Paris, com certeza queremos desfrutar desse studio.
