Paris Apartment Eiffel Tower Violet

Hello,
My boyfriend and I are two Aussies in our Mid twenties who stayed in this apartment for 8 nights late May 2011. Check in: Simple with the detailed instructions Nicolas had sent a week before we arrived in Paris, which meant we could enter the apartment once we got there. Rent: very reasonable for the location and time of year, Nicolas collected it the night we arrived and then gave us detailed information about the area. For example we walked to the Eiffel tower each day because it was a short 10 minute walk away. Stay for 8 nights: comfortable, clean and felt like home rather than the hotels we stayed in before we arrived in Paris. We loved having the kitchen and washing machine because having the option to do simple tasks like cooking and cleaning helps a lot. The only negative was only having 8 nights in Paris because there is so much to do and you need a decent amount of time to fit everything in. Check out: quick with the return of our deposit as we left. Would I stay here again? Yes- because it was clean, quiet and a mini home during our holiday away making Paris most relaxing indeed.

Already stayed in another fine apartment of same owner for business. Stayed in that one for holiday with my family between 15 and 19 April, it was fantastic and made us feel being at home in Paris.

My kids and my wife really enjoyed it and owner was helpful and efficient on everything.

The owner was great to work with, very accommodating and helped us find a fantastic restaurant for our anniversary! The apartment is very nice, great layout and decor. It still felt like we were in Paris once we'd come back in the evening, such a great vacation! Highly recommend staying here.
Our stay at Violet street was a delight -- and an opportunity to enjoy a truly Parisian experience.
We couldn't have asked for a better location to begin each day.

The apartment is only 2 blocks from the metro and everything you might need is within easy walking distance.

We stayed in this apartment in Rue Violet this December. Our host has been very helpful and nice, everything in the apartment was great. We want to use this way to say thank you! We had a really pleasant stay and this neighborhood itself is a wonderful place. We could really feel the real Paris, and everything was a few minutes away by metro. Be sure to visit the bakery that's next to the apartment and take time to explore the neighborhood itself ;) We will definitely recommend your apartment. The apartment is very wel located, to a few minutes of the tower eiffel and very comfortable. Near the apartment there are several supermarkets bakery and other palce, also it is close a shutdown of the meter, so it is easy to communicate with other parts of Paris. I recommend 100% is ideal to be with family, friends or two couples.
