- Initial payment :
 50 % of the rental will be due when you reserve. Makes your reservation official. You may use Paypal, Western Union, a personal check in euros, a Bank Transfer to send your deposit.

- Final payment :
The remaining (50%) will be paid at the start of your stay.

- Safety Deposit :
No safety deposit required - Just a paper copy of your passport.

- Cancellation :
If you cancel the booking, your initial deposit will be fully refundable more than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental. Between 8 and 6 weeks, 50% of your deposit will refundable. Less than 6 weeks, your deposit will be lost.
