- Initial payment :
50 % of the rental will be due when you reserve. Makes your reservation official. You may use Paypal, Western Union, a personal check in euros, a Bank Transfer to send your deposit.

- Final payment :
The remaining (50%) will be requested 1 month before arrival.
This payment together with the initial payment will confirm the rental period.

- Safety Deposit :
No safety deposit requested

- Cancellation :
In case of cancellation after acceptance of the booking, the following
conditions will be applied:

- 100 % refund up to 2 months prior to the Arrival date (but with 15 % off for
fees)
- 50 % refund up to 1 month prior to the Arrival date.
- 0 % refund - less than a month prior to arrival. No refund will be possible.
