- Initial payment :
50 % of the rental will be due when you reserve. Makes your reservation official. You may use Paypal, Western Union, a personal check in euros, a Bank Transfer to send your deposit.

- Final payment :
The remaining (50%) will be paid at the start of your stay.

- Safety Deposit :
A safety deposit of 350 euros will be asked upon check-in.
If nothing is noted during the inventory period, the safety deposit will be returned to the TENANT upon checking out.

- Cancellation :
If you cancel the booking, your initial deposit will be refundable up to 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental.
